岗位职责：

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Genetic Services to PIC customers in China      – work with PIC Account teams to understand customer goals and objectives;      design product combinations and genetic service programs that meet those      objectives, gain and retain customers and contribute to PIC’s margins.  Activities include:

为PIC中国的客户提供基因服务-与PIC客户团队合作，了解客户的目标和宗旨；设计满足这些目标的产品组合和遗传服务计划，获得并留住客户，为PIC的利润做出贡献。活动包括：

Present to customers the value of PIC’s genetic       improvement program, products and genetic program

Minimizing genetic lag in customer’s herd

Implement and train customers on Genetic Service       tools that benefit the customer

实施并培训客户使用有利于客户的遗传服务工具

Respond to customer questions in a timely manner

Routine reporting to customer and account teams

Provide training and support materials on PIC      products and genetic programs to the China pig industry and to PIC      employees through:
